Refund Policy
When purchasing services on this website, you accept these terms and enter into a contract with us.We offer NO refunds for digital products/services once they have been activated and delivered. For this reason, you may request a trial version before making a purchase.
If you believe your situation is an exceptional case, please fill out the refund request form, and we will review your application individually. If a refund is granted, your access to the relevant service(s) will be revoked.
Note: We only refund the full amount for purchases made within less than 7 days. All other refund requests (if the purchase was made more than 7 days prior to the refund request) will be partially refunded based on the usage period of the subscription. Our support team will contact users in all refund cases.Note: Trial versions and accounts that have been used for more than half of the account duration are not eligible for a refund.
Note: Refunds usually take 5 to 7 business days, and we cannot shorten this period. Our payment service providers process the refund requests. We will grant refunds to all users immediately upon receiving the request and verifying the user data.
